Chef's Story
Chef Marcus Beaumont spent fifteen years honing his craft across the great kitchens of Lyon, Tokyo, and Buenos Aires before founding Ember & Oak. His philosophy is deceptively simple: source the extraordinary, respect the ingredient, and let fire do the rest.
